KN-G320 cnc gear grinding machine

KN-G320 The machine tool adopts horizontal layout. It’s equipped with : longitudinal movement slid platform of workpiece, transversal feeding movement slid platform, dividing head of workpiece, dividing head of spiral angle, three independent CNC axial on-line wheel dresser these seven AC servo feeding shafts & AC converter adjusting speed electric spindle, among the seven CNC shafts, there are five shafts which adopt full closed loop control, and the rest two shafts adopt semi-closed loop control. CNC system adopts FAGOR 8055 servo system, with four-axis linkage of seven axes.

Gear grinding machine uses the independent CNC on-line grinding wheel dresser with three-axis linkage, after trimming of grinding wheel, it can realize automatic compensation and cutter feeding. Compared to those grinding wheel using feeding shaft of machine tool, it owns the advantages of nearby trimming close to the grinding part, high trimming efficiency, high precision & high precision assurance etc.

Besides of involute gear grinding, the machine tool can grind all kinds of plug gauge, cycloid gear, rolling wheel, high-precision integral key shaft, stepped gear and so on.
